A Fun Experience Down by the Pond

I have to admit, one of my favourite outings with my family of 5 brothers and 3 sisters was fishing in the creek! We dug in the garden for earthworms that we put in a can of dirt to keep them healthy. Gathered our rods, lines & hooks and got up very early to make our way up the creek looking for pools where the fish would be biting. The best part? Pan fried trout when we got home, hot, sweaty and usually covered in mosquito bites! That was many years ago, but the memories are fond and werer the inspiration for this Calgary Child Photographer's Limited Edition Storybook Portraits in the Down by the Pond Set.

This young man had so much fun in his first Storybook Portrait Session that every time they come back to the studio he asked his Mom if he is going fishing again.

I love developing each Limited Edition Set with props and costumes to create an experience your kids will love. Do you have children who groan when you suggest having their pictures taken? That can be the case, especially with boys! But they will be excited to go Down by the Pond to catch a few trout! We have outfits, fishing poles, worms, fish, frogs and all the things to make their session an experience to remember!
